Becky is an experienced sewist who assists Tracy and works closely with our customers, ensuring top-notch service.

Price List

Spa Day (Cleaning and Oiling): $99

Repair Work: $75 for the first hour of diagnostics, $50 per hour thereafter

Parts: We are a certified dealer, using only genuine PFAFF parts

Turnaround Time

Fast Turnaround: Approximately 2-3 weeks

Parts Required: Additional 1-2 weeks

Sent to PFAFF: Up to 6 months, depending on the complexity
